Mark Ashe (National Trust) will start the session by providing an overview of the soon to be launched National Trust Climate Action Transition Plan.
‘As part of the National Trust’s commitment to be carbon net zero by 2030, and our wider climate action strategy, the organisation is publishing our first ever climate action Transition Plan. Transition Plans are becoming an increasingly important tool and resource for organisations to communicate the detail behind their climate action targets and ambition. We are delighted to join a Fit for the Future Network session to chat through the key messages within our plan and to share our learnings and challenges along this process’ Mark Ashe (National Trust).
Please do get in touch with the Fit for the Future team if you have any questions you would like to raise and/or Climate Action Transition Plan approaches/resources you would like to share.
All members are welcome to attend, regardless of previous experience or knowledge on this topic. The session will be of benefit to all network members, whatever your size and scope of operations/activity. From organisations just starting off to those already delivering a Climate Action Transition Plan, there will be lots to share and collaborate on, from identifying collective challenges to learning from other approaches.
