• Introduction to the roles and responsibilities of councils and councillors, and where they fit amongst other elected representatives.
• How councils work: exploring the common practices and processes within councils, and where the opportunities for engaging are
• The strengths and weaknesses of the council system and how you can work with it
• How to stay in the loop with opportunities for funding from councils, and tips for successful applications
