The National Trust is pleased to invite you to this seminar on Climate Change and Tourism, at which Professor Tim Coles, of the University of Exeter, will be presenting the findings of his recent research project. As part of a partnership between the University of Exeter, the National Trust and Historic Environment Scotland, Professor Coles has undertaken embedded research from within both heritage organisations. The purpose of the study, funded by Natural Environment Research Council (NERC), was to understand how the changing climate will affect the visitor business and operations of the National Trust, Historic Environment Scotland, and the broader heritage tourism industry.

The webinar will be held via Microsoft Teams on Monday 4th December from 2pm until 3.30pm. Professor Coles will present his findings, key stakeholders will give their reflections, and then there will be an opportunity for guests to ask questions.
