On 9th July Keith Jones (National Specialist Climate Change, National Trust) provided an overview of the Trust’s recently developed climate pathway approaches and outlined how organisations can use them in their decision making.

Keith’s overview included:

  • The context of climate change (why these pathways are required)
  • Pathways principles, development and pilots
  • The adaptation process (climate impact assessment and pathway planning, including identifying and delivering activity/actions)
  • Engaging staff and other stakeholders
  • Next steps and helpful research/tools.

Thank you very much - lots of great info shared which can help us plan for the future

So much information. Thanks Keith

Many thanks to everyone who attended and joined in the discussion, it was really interesting to learn about the range of climate change challenges from member organisations and to share activity, progress and lessons learnt in this key area.
