Our new event series for 2021 will be taking Fit for the Future members through a sustainable project lifecycle - from design to completion. Over the course of the year we will cover topics including responsible retrofit, building performance gaps, projects for nature and biodiversity, and sustainable resources.

To kickstart the series, we will be talking to Lisa Moore, Director of Capital Projects and Operations at the Museum of the Home. She has been leading on the redevelopment of this heritage site in the heart of London, with a commitment to delivering sustainable outcomes.

Lisa will share with us how the project was designed, what structures and governance was in place to ensure sustainability ran across the project, and how these ambitions were communicated with different teams.

This event is strictly for Fit for the Future members only, register here to secure your place.
